Nanny's Orange Cake

2 cups SR Flour

I large cup of sugar

¼ lb of butter (113g)

3 eggs

Juice of one orange

½ cup of water

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating each well. Then water and flour and orange juice. Bake in sandwich tins for 30 minutes at 190 degrees C. Ice with your favourite icing.
