It's that time of year to take stock of 2022. To look back and see your accomplishments, challenges and look honestly and compassionately at how you're living your life. This is a "no judgement" practice. Just one in which we look in the rear-view mirror and assess it all. Then we can look ahead to create the future we want in 2023 (that will be coming up in E# 201).
