Clem’s Paloma Cocktail
Shot or two of tequila, top up tall glass with ice, topped up with Capi (Australian made grapefruit soda), and fresh lime juice with a big wedge of grapefruit. Can also use red grapefruit juice and soda water to do it the old-fashioned way.
Julia’s Pork Tenderloin
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 and a half tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup of honey
2 pork tenderloins about 500 gm,
Brown pork in a pan, pop in the oven with some garlic cloves and the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 15minutes
