It's January and we have officially made it to 2023! Now, more than ever, people are setting the bar high and setting fitness goals for themselves. But, let's not be deceived! If the "challenge" or journey isn't sustainable, we will be feeling defeated and upset come March. So, let's try things differently this year and only set attainable goals that will allow us to love our mind and body in the process. Let's throw out the extremes once and for all! What do you say?
