Episode #233 Kim Rahir, Building Muscle To Heal Her Multiple Sclerosis

Hello Health Heroes! 

This week I interviewed Kim Rahir who started her healing journey in her fourties but then at age fifty she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Being told that there was nothing she could do, that she would be on medications for the rest of her life as her health deteriorated, Kim decided to figure out how to heal herself.

She started weight lifting and improving her diet and since she began she has had not one relapse of the symptoms… winning!

She recently in her early sixties won a masters weightlifting competition and is no longer on the medications. 

This is just another example demonstrating that all of us are powerful creators and all we need to do is take stock in ourselves.
