I believe now is the perfect time to talk about this and share it with you. I feel so much more comfortable and confident right now with the concept of healing and all it means for me at this point in my life. So in today’s episode I’m going to share some of my healing story, I hope some of this story can offer you hope or new ideas for your healing.
