It has been a depressing anxious driven, screwed up 2020 so far. I can see how you feel that way.  This year has been very hard.  I use this episode, to acknowledge this but also help you shift your perspective about how to acknowledge the struggle but also continue to have hope for your life.  If we are still breathing I truly believe their is so much room to change.
