It’s normal to have fear, doubts & thoughts that aren’t in alignment with your true self. You’re human!! But it’s one thing to have the fear, doubts & thoughts and choose to let that hold you back and it’s a whole other level to have the fear, doubts & thoughts and STILL take action anyways
The people who conquer binge eating aren’t immune to fear, doubt or negative thoughts. They choose to rise above those things & continue to believe in themselves and their ability to conquer.
You WILL conquer!! But if you’re not there yet, take a look at your mindset and the belief you have within yourself. Does that need to be shifted?
