Heidi and Ellen talk to Emma and Megan.  Emma is about to embark on a big shift. She is leaving a career in marketing and starting a masters in clinical mental health.  She wonders how to best find success in this new life stage.  Megan is a school counselor and a mom and takes care of a lot of people.
