Ahmed is a property entrepreneur currently investing in serviced apartments in Hertfordshire and London.

After graduating from University College London in September 2016, Ahmed started his own business at the start of 2017. In his first year of business, he acquired over 30 apartments in management across various towns and cities.

By applying basic marketing principles and operating systems widely available to anyone on the web (for any business) Ahmed has been able to streamline his processes which allows him to run his business in less than an hour a day.

He is also a public speaker and mentor for those who want to run their own serviced apartment businesses, enabling them to build a passive income base.
