Well, in this fortnight there have been no local races to chat about. However, fear not! There is still a lot of random running chats to be had. Tom and Kyle delve deeper into the year of 2021 with some highlights and reflections as well as the glory and pain of Kyle taking a crown and losing a crown within days.

Also, we chat shoes and how they make you feel, plus I fire 10 questions at Kyle about his running life to date.
