Heidi and Ellen talk to Marquisha and Mary. Marquisha is a professor. She is a planner and likes to think about the future. She has some expansive ideas and wonders if she should go all out or build more locally and slowly. Mary has had a long and winding path to get to event planning and then to floral design. She recently moved across the country for a great job opportunity that did not pan out. She is now jobless in a new small town with no professional network and is trying to figure out how to proceed.
