WE'RE BACK BABY! After several months besties, we are back and jumping right in! After we were visited this week and got to hear the one and only BOB GOFF speak. To say I was inspired would be an understatement. So with the Holiday and Christmas Season in full swing, I knew it was the perfect time to share these nuggets with you to free ourselves from the people and things we let creep in to dictate our moods as well as learn that sometimes the person we need to tell to be kind is ourselves to ourselves.
