Heidi and Ellen talk to Quinn and Dave. Quinn is about to step into a new venture after having taken a year off to rest and regenerate.  She is excited but also worried that the burnout that plagued her in the past will re-emerge. Dave is a social worker and also a stand up comedian and a playwright.  He feels the time has come to choose and wonders how to make that choice.
