A listener calls in asking how to stay creative and consistent in comedy writing, and Jana, Brian, and Hayden offer advice rooted in reality: abandon the myth of perfect discipline, capture ideas however they come (voice memos in the shower, notes app in bed, panic-writing minutes before stage), and create external accountability.
