A special episode for you to listen to. - local Ultra Trail Runner Hayley Teale recently travelled to NZ's South Island to race the Motatapu Ultra (52km). This race takes in spectacular ridge lines, over 3300m of Vertical Climbing and countless river crossings.

Hayley won the race in 8 hours 23 minutes, 12 minutes ahead of the nearest female.
