Heidi and Ellen welcome Scorpio, the season of transformation. It is a time to delve, dive, research and heal. It is a time to wrestle and emerge changed. It is a time to get tenacious and see our work through. It is also eclipse season. They talk about the meaning of the eclipses, especially the total lunar eclipse on election day (whoa- first go out and vote, then buckle your seat belts)! They also talk about what this eclipse can mean for the politicians with Scorpio birthdays who are running for office or are impacted by this election (including Greg Abbott, Brian Kemp, Stacey Abrams, Beto O'Rourke, Joe Biden, and Hillary Clinton). Heidi reads the poem, The Peace of Wild Things by Wendell Berry. Scorpio is always a threshold time. If we want to change or breakthrough, Scorpio gives us the opportunity.
