If there is one show that has brought me to happy tears each time I watch, it is definitely The Kindness Diaries on Netflix.

Every episode, Leon Logothetis takes us on an epic journey across the globe relying completely on the kindness of strangers. Many have little room to spare or food to give. Or do they? There in lies the lesson.

So, why is a former stockbroker from London choosing to travel this way and ask for a helping hand? Well, having it all doesn’t necessarily mean feeling complete; as you’ll soon find out during our conversation.

The real riches come from each person he meets during his travels. It’s more than room and board. Time, kindness and connection pave the way for so something so much greater…for the giver and the taker.
