He’s worked as a performance director in the NCAA, NHL, and even runs a private camp for pro hockey players. But loving hockey didn’t mean living well. Injury, addiction, depression and anxiety were getting in the way of life outside the arena. That is, until he had a wake up call about the one machine he needed to manage better…himself.

Today, his knowledge of performance, health, recovery and sleep space has made him a leader in using data to drive decision making. Not just on the ice but in the corporate world as well.
