Most humans are living unconsciously - trying to avoid pain and feel pleasure. In order to truly live soul out, we must find higher levels of emotional courage, and never allow feelings and emotions to become our master. When we master our emotions, we can reach higher levels of wealth, success, and happiness.

The primary elements of this episode are:

• Emotional courage is the willingness and ability to feel any emotion, and still be ok. 
• Feelings cannot hurt us. Avoiding feelings, or trying to rearrange our external circumstances to create feelings we prefer to feel can. 
• When we create emotional courage and feel every emotion, what we feel heals, and we heal the parts of ourselves which created that feeling.
