ADHD has become a hot topic as self-awareness and mental health become more mainstream and widely discussed. Eden takes a look at how some of the common symptoms associated with neurodivergent and ADHD diagnoses may also be viewed as non-self patterns through human design. It is her belief that some of the “symptoms'' can be accepted, managed, and even resolved through working with your human design as alternative methods to medication.
