It is used to describe someone who tries hard to please someone, especially someone in a position of authority, in a way that other people find unpleasant. －對別人表達肯定、鼓勵
權力 ㄑㄩㄢˊ  ㄌㄧˋ / 权力 quánlì / authority
－可以掌控、控制別人的力量
