Who you surround yourself with matters. A players surround themselves with A players. This elevates their game unapologetically and without shame or guilt. When you surround yourself with the right people, everyone grows and benefits. If you want to create, achieve, and accumulate more, guard yourself from B and C players.

The primary elements of this episode are:

• A players are hungry, humble, and smart, and only other players get into their inner circle.
• B players want more, but hold themselves back out of insecurity, inadequacy, and insignificance. B players say they want more but won't move toward more. C players are just fighting for survival, and blame other or their circumstances for being stuck. 
• B players have self-esteem issues and surround themselves with C players to make themselves feel better about themselves. 
• A players can only help B and C players if they are willing and able to own their circumstances, stop being victims, and move toward a better life and results.
