"Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about".

There are so many variations of this quote. Dating back a hundreds of years. It seems as though bullying has become both an inside and outside job. So much so, that we've gotten into the habit of perfecting it. All of us. This is not exactly a skill set you add proudly to the resume.  But whatever version you resonate with, the overall message is this:  We all have stuff. So, get curious, courageous and vulnerable. Ask for help. And most importantly, be kind…to yourself and others. And...listen up!
