passion for helping women reclaim their power. With a unique blend of education,
storytelling, and soul-deep wisdom, Shannon guides her clients to create lasting change
by fostering greater self-compassion, presence, and creative energy.
Shannon is a nature-loving mama of two boys and her wild pup, Gracie. She is married
to her favorite adventure partner and lives in Ottawa, Ontario. She and her family are
happiest when they are tromping in the woods and paddling all the lakes they can find.
