Are you dedicated or committed? Every time I've gone all in on anything and focused on the immediate actions required to achieve an outcome, I've crushed it. The key for me has been on focusing on the activities, not the outcome. Outcomes are the product of our commitments. Instead of being goal oriented, what if we shift our focus to being committed to the most pressing activities which drive outcomes?

The primary elements of this episode are:

• Looking back at my life I've noticed that whatever I have committed my time and focus on, I've thrived. Whatever I've approached half-assed, I've gotten half-assed results.
• 99% commitment equals 0% commitment. You are either committed or not.
