Is it right that ANYONE could work at your clinic for one week then quit and walk off with a list of all your patients and set up across the street the very next day? 

The government seem to think so when this week they announced the END of non-compete agreements completely. They seem think it’s “fair”. Do you? 

In this one I ask whether or not the recent announcement by the Government to END NON COMPETE clauses is a good thing or a bad thing for small business owners. Is it progress? Or, is it more Government interference and yet ANOTHER attack on small business owners trying to make an honest living?
