I’ll show you how I learned to greet people properly, how we remembered every patient’s name, and why asking “Are you here for an appointment?” makes you look clueless.

I’m challenging you to make 2026 the year you become known as the clinic with the best customer service in town. Not the clinic with the fanciest equipment. Not the clinic with the best letters after your name. The clinic that actually gives a shit about people.

Because most of what passes as customer service today is embarrassing. There’s no empathy, no eye contact, no warmth, no memory of who the hell walked through the door last week. And I’m tired of watching clinic owners pretend it’s fine.
