When you focus on what you want, you'll get it. When you focus on what you don't want, you'll get it. Your mind doesn't care whether you want it or not, whatever you continually expect is exactly what you'll create in your life. Choose wisely.

The primary elements of this episode are:

• Whatever you conceive and believe, you can achieve. But what you focus on matters, and you'll create in your life whatever you focus on. 
• When you get clear about what you want, believe you can have it, let go of any worry, fear, or doubt that you can't have it, and look for evidence that you can have it - it will show up.
