Paul Devro, creative director and head A&R of Mad Decent, joins Willy this week to talk about the past, present and future of his visionary record label. Along with co-founder Diplo, Paul has built an unlikely empire out of forward-thinking music, careful curation, and always being two steps ahead of the musical curve. Paul is the ultimate crate-digger and his love for music and discovery is infectious in this special extended conversation!
