Story 1. Elias Huzier shot and killed his ex-wife Amber outside of an elementary school, where their oldest child witnessed the crime. After his home was searched, a woman's body was found deceased who was believed to be his girlfriend.

Story 2. A now-former teacher of Klein HISD, Kedria M. Grigsby,  was arrested and charged with compelling prostitution of someone under 18 and sex trafficking a child. She recruited girls from her job at Klein HISD to work for her and her son. 

Story 3. Angelina Belinda Calderon and Fernando Vega were arrested recently and charged with two counts each of injury to a child's serious bodily injury after their 1-month-old twins were pronounced dead in their home on October 4, 2023.
