Mike chats with Lloyd edge who is the author of the new book called 'Positively Geared' and also the founder of Aus Property Professionals. Lloyd started out as a school teacher on a very modest income and got into property from there, now owning over $12 million worth of property and runs a business as a Buyers Agency.
