Today's guest is owner of the multi-award winning WeLocate Estate Agents and Burton James Unique & Prestige Homes.

Having been involved with the buying, selling and management of property for most of his working life, he decided to move into estate agency in 2009.

He started at the bottom as a sales negotiator and quickly climbed the ladder to Associate Director in just a few years.

He always had ambitions of running his own business and in the summer of 2016 decided to take the plunge and set up ‘hybrid’ agency, WeLocate and launched Burton James in 2022.
