Today we start off with some fun details on Liz's sister Kelly's bridal shower, and then we get into talking about the self care we’ve been doing lately! We've all been going to H2T in Franklin, MA to see our girl Kelsey, for all things like facials, laser, lip fillers! After that, we get into the topic for the day - the 4th trimester! The one that a lot of moms forget and don’t talk enough about.  We talk all about the good and bad that we learned along the way, and share some helpful tips to help you better survive this often forgot about, last trimester.  We share our coming home stories and setting boundaries when getting unsolicited parenting advice.  We discuss knowing our bodies, when we should start working out post delivery; when that it’s okay to say no to a social invitation or family holiday.  At the end of the day, mom knows best, and that first girls night out really does heal the soul!
