In South Louisiana when you hear "Holy Trinity" you think one of two things: Father+Son+Holy Spirit or onions+celery+bellpeppers.
Well we're adding a third option...Holy Trinity Catering. Owner, Craig 'FatCat' Henry and his beautiful wife Jamie join us in Holy Spirit studios this week, and they are the seasoning we ALL want and need.
