Grant Botma, the founder of Stewardship, is an inspiring thought leader who twice has put his company on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies. He is the author of the best-selling book, The Problem Isn’t Their Paycheck, and in his latest book, Work-Life Harmony, Grant shares the systems he has put in place that allow him to have his definition of life and work balance.
