Today, RÚV English is joined by aviation expert Andrei Menshenin to examine the history of Iceland's main international airport.

Keflavíkurflugvöllur, or Keflavík Airport, which includes The Leifur Eiríksson International Air Terminal, is the point of entry and exit for the majority of those coming into and leaving Iceland.

It has quite a history. Today, Andrei goes through it with Darren.
