This week’s topic is a secret, so we can’t tell you what it is.  Wait, that’s not right.  This week’s topic isn’t a secret, it is, in fact, secret eating.  Catherine and Donald discuss the eating that they did, and sometimes still do, in hiding.  They didn’t want co-workers, friends, relatives, each other, and even total strangers to see them eating certain foods, or a certain amount of food for fear of judgement.  They even wanted to keep this episode of the podcast a secret.  The problem is, even if you eat in secret, the scale always finds out.
