Three months ago, I told you I was taking a break from the podcast to take care of my aging parents.Their move from Kansas City to Nashville was incredibly tough, but has been so rewarding for me personally and for our ability to care for them. 

Transitioning into a new season can be difficult, especially with our family. I found myself falling back into the same relational roles and patterns. The Enneagram has been so helpful for me this season. I have way more kindness towards myself than I did as a teenager and young adult. I have more insight into why I think, feel and behave. 

This is why we are trying a new series around coaching yourself and others with the Enneagram.
