  • Learning to express our feelings with truth, but in a way that doesn’t make others uncomfortable.
  • Time is precious- set time boundaries! Say no to the things you don’t want to do.
  • Financial boundaries- what is your comfort level on spending without consulting your spouse- is there limit before you need to involve your spouse?
  • Work boundaries- do you have specific open-door times?
  • How do you practice your boundaries? Start with knowing what you want.
  • Where is the line between your comfort zone and your absolute boundary? When is it ok to push yourself outside of your comfort zone?
  • The “NO”vember challenge!
  • Being assertive is not necessarily impolite
  • You are worth having personal boundaries!
