Andrew and Daniel are co-owners of South Shore Iron, a gym located on the South Shore of Montreal. 

Andrew is a Warrant Officer in the CAF with the Royal Montreal Regiment, Afghan War veteran, 2018 Canadian Armed Forces athlete of the year in powerlifting and holds 4 CAF weightlifting records. 

Daniel is a Longueuil police officer and long time strength and conditioning coach.
