Amy Peeler is a professor of New Testament at Wheaton College, a priest at St. Marks Episcopal Church, an author, a wife, and a mom. She shares her love for the Bible with her students, equipping them with the tools for exegesis. Her writings focus on the Epistle to the Hebrews and Mary, the mother of Jesus. She serves as assistant pastor at her church, using her gifts to complement those of the rector. Her husband, Lance, is choir director/organist at their church and teaches music and theology at Wheaton. Her three kids are in high school, middle school, and elementary school.
