We close the conversation by talking about the success of the Bayzos Exclusive Buyer Group on Facebook that is now closing in on 4,000 members since launching in June 2021 and seeing them sell approximately 33% of all their listings here before launching to the portals.

This then saw the launch of See It Here First, a property service offering users the chance to see exclusive homes before they appear on Rightmove and this has already resulted in 3,732 active users, 688 active properties, 116 viewings booked, and multiple sales taking place since its launch several weeks ago.
