In this episode, Jackie talks about the reversal of Roe and our ability as humans to not see what is right in front of us.  This ability impacts the plight of women in many ways and with the reversal of these constitutional rights that recognized a woman's ability to make choices for her body and her life.  With this reversal what will be the impact going forward? We do not know because we have not been to this place before in the history of the United States where rights that have been given are revoked. 

Can we understand the plight of women from how they have been viewed through the patriarchal lens? Perhaps? Can we learn why progress on issues that impact women has been slow or nonexistent? That is the hope with this episode.
