As Head of Operations at TAUK, she builds the systems that bring clarity, create consistency, and drive momentum across TAUK because freedom works when foundations are strong.

She's also looking to build a team of like-minded and client-focused Personal Estate Agents in the York area.

With well over two decades in estate agency, she has experienced every part of the business, from working on the front desk as a viewing assistant, Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager, heading up a large sales progression team, franchise support, to leading operations nationally.

As a mum of four, her journey has shaped how she leads with empathy, integrity, and honesty, while keeping space for laughter and enjoyment along the way.

For over ten years, she worked within one of the UK’s largest franchised estate agency networks, supporting franchisees and driving growth.

Her time as National Operations Director allowed her to implement strategies that connected people, process, and performance, always focused on helping agents thrive.
