Adele Jackson-Gibson is a West Indian-American storyteller and writer currently based in Oakland, California. She's a movement coach who is amazed everyday by the intelligence of the physical/energetic body and is exploring ways in which various fitness modalities and energy healing intersect. She graduated from Yale undergrad, where she ran track, played soccer, studied Japanese and earned a Bachelor's in Francophone literature. She then earned her Masters in long-form magazine writing from NYU.
