Vidusha is an HR Consultant and Leadership Trainer based out of Sri Lanka. For over two decades, Vidusha has conducted training and consulting assignments across 15 countries in person, with participants from over 30 countries online. His work in creating a framework to assess validated ROI after training was one of the first frameworks around linking Leadership Training and ROI, and won him a place on the TedX Colombo stage.
