Some people love board games like Monopoly or Chutes and Ladders. Others love card games like Uno or Go Fish. For some, their favorite game is the Blame Game. When we don’t achieve a goal, such as a health and fitness goal, we often blame everyone and everything outside of ourselves. Catherine and Donald have done it too.
