Here is what to expect on this week’s show:

  • Get it out! Don’t bottle things up. Writing and speaking to others are great outlets for what is inside.
  • Remember that people have pain that we don’t know about. Some people are better at hiding things than others. No one is without some kind of pain.
  • Acting out is a message that someone is in pain, and they are struggling internally.
  • People only treat you how you allow them to. Even a huge celebrity like Britney had people in her life who treated her poorly.
  • Ask questions. Don’t assume anything. Gather your information! People can manipulate the information they give you. It is up to you to find out what it true and what isn’t.
  • We often don’t realize the impact we have on those around us- good and bad.
  • Support is a huge thing. People supporting us have a big impact on our lives.
  • We are our own best advocates, so we need to speak out and let our voices be heard.
