Mike Glover and Brian Peter discuss his part of The MindStrong Project and its focus on strength training, breath work, recovery methodologies, mental fortitude, and leadership. Brian has coached and developed programming for NFL, NHL, MLB, NCAA, and Olympic Athletes. Brian is a former professional athlete that played professional football for 9 years. He was a captain at every level of the sport. He played for the Houston Texans, Minnesota Vikings, Saskatchewan Roughriders, as well as teams in the XFL, UFL, and AFL. His experience and mindset bring a high level of knowledge and direct MindStrong’s approach to performance training and recovery. He has coached and spoken to the University of Ohio State Baseball, Deloitte, Sorinex Exercise Equipment, and Max Effort Muscle Supplement Company. Brian Peters will be part of our upcoming Resilience Rendezvous Experience in November.
